MemoryFuel FAQ: 29 Straight Answers on Results, Safety, Dosing and Orders
The questions readers ask most, answered in one or two sentences each and then explained. Every answer is checked against the jar's label, the maker's policy pages and the studies linked below.
How this FAQ is organized
Twenty-nine questions, grouped into six topics, each answered verdict first and then explained. The answers draw on three kinds of evidence: the printed label, the maker's policy pages as they read on October 19, 2026, and published research linked at the bottom of the page. Where those sources disagree, we say so rather than smoothing it over.
If your question is not here, the ingredients, side effects and guarantee pages go deeper on their topics, and you can write to desk@ememoryfuel.com. We cannot see orders or issue refunds, but we do correct mistakes quickly.
One more note on sources. The maker's pages change from time to time, and different landing pages have shown different pack menus and ingredient lists. When an answer below depends on the seller's wording, we quote the page as it read on the date above; when it depends on the product itself, we go by the jar's printed panel, which is what actually arrives at your door.
The five-line summary. MemoryFuel is a creatine drink with four nutrients, every dose printed. Expect gradual, modest effects at best. It is safe for most healthy adults but can affect kidney lab results. It costs $1.63 to $2.63 a day. Refunds run 90 days from purchase, less shipping and handling.
About the product
What is MemoryFuel?
A powdered brain health supplement by Nutraville: one scoop a day provides creatine monohydrate 5,000 mg, choline 300 mg, magnesium 300 mg, vitamin D3 50 mcg and vitamin B12 25 mcg, sweetened with stevia. It is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.[15]
Is MemoryFuel just creatine with vitamins?
Essentially yes, and that is not an insult. Creatine is two thirds of each scoop and the only ingredient with direct memory-trial support; the other four are nutrients that matter mainly if you are short of them.
Does MemoryFuel have caffeine or stimulants?
No. The label lists no caffeine, guarana, green tea or other stimulants, so it can be taken at any time of day and combined with your usual coffee.
Is MemoryFuel the same as the version in the ads with L-theanine?
The jar's Supplement Facts panel does not list L-theanine, even though the order page and launch press release do. The label is the legally binding description, so assume there is none.
When was MemoryFuel launched?
A Nutraville press release announced the launch in August 2026. That is why long-term independent reviews are still scarce.
Using it
When is the best time to take MemoryFuel?
Any consistent time works, because creatine acts through stores built up over weeks rather than through a quick peak. Many people take it with breakfast, which also helps vitamin D3 absorption and settles the stomach.
Can I mix MemoryFuel into coffee?
You can, but very hot liquid is not ideal, and dissolved creatine slowly converts to creatinine. Stir it into warm, not boiling, coffee and drink it promptly, or use water or juice instead.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. At 5 g a day, creatine stores fill over about four weeks without loading. Loading at 20 g a day speeds this up but brings more stomach upset and is not what the label directs.[4]
What if I miss a day?
Just take the next scoop as usual. Creatine stores fall slowly over weeks, so one missed day changes little. Do not double up.
Can I take two scoops for a faster effect?
Not advisable. Two scoops bring magnesium to 600 mg, well above the 350 mg supplement upper limit, and vitamin D to 100 mcg, the adult upper limit. Stick to one.
Results
How quickly does MemoryFuel work?
Does creatine really improve memory?
Modestly, in some people. A 2023 meta-analysis found a small overall memory benefit, larger in older adults; trials in rested young adults found little or nothing.[1]
Will MemoryFuel help with brain fog?
It may help if fog comes from short sleep or heavy mental fatigue, which is where creatine shows its clearest effects. Fog from thyroid problems, anemia, low B12, depression or medication side effects needs a diagnosis.
Will vitamin D3 and B12 in MemoryFuel boost my memory?
Should I see a doctor about my memory instead?
If memory problems are getting worse, affect daily tasks, or worry the people around you, yes, before or instead of trying a supplement.[16]
Safety
Is creatine safe for older adults?
Will MemoryFuel affect my kidney tests?
It can raise serum creatinine, the marker used to estimate kidney function, without actual kidney damage. Tell your clinician you take creatine before blood work.[6]
Does creatine cause hair loss?
Can MemoryFuel cause diarrhea?
Possibly, from the combination of creatine and 300 mg of magnesium, especially on an empty stomach or with another magnesium product. Taking it with food usually solves it.[9]
Is MemoryFuel safe during pregnancy?
The label says pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician before use, and there is not enough research on creatine supplements in pregnancy to recommend it. Ask your obstetric provider.
Comparisons
MemoryFuel vs. plain creatine: what is the difference?
Plain creatine monohydrate gives you the same 5 g of the main active for a small fraction of the price, unflavored. MemoryFuel adds choline, magnesium, vitamin D3, B12, flavor, stevia and a 90-day refund. If you already take a multivitamin and do not mind an unflavored spoonful, plain creatine covers most of the evidence-backed part.
MemoryFuel vs. Prevagen: which is better?
They are not comparable on mechanism. Prevagen's active is apoaequorin, a protein originally found in jellyfish; MemoryFuel relies on creatine, which has a larger body of independent research behind it. Neither is a treatment for memory disease, and neither should replace a medical evaluation.
MemoryFuel vs. ginkgo biloba?
Ginkgo is an herbal extract thought to affect blood flow; a large U.S. trial, the Ginkgo Evaluation of Memory study, found it did not reduce the rate of dementia in older adults. MemoryFuel contains no ginkgo. Creatine's modest memory signal comes from smaller trials in healthy people, so the two rest on different and limited evidence.
MemoryFuel vs. citicoline or alpha-GPC supplements?
Citicoline and alpha-GPC are more expensive choline sources marketed for the brain, often at 250 to 600 mg. MemoryFuel uses choline bitartrate, the economical form, at a dose that may equal only about 123 mg of choline. If choline is your priority, a dedicated product or simply eggs will supply more.[8]
Ordering and refunds
Where can I buy MemoryFuel?
Through the maker's sales pages, with payment by ClickBank. We found no authorized listing on Amazon, Walmart or in stores; the 90-day refund applies only to orders through the official checkout.
How long does MemoryFuel take to arrive?
The shipping policy allows 3 to 5 business days for processing and 5 to 7 business days for delivery in the U.S., with tracking emailed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Is there a phone number for MemoryFuel?
The jar lists an information line, 1-302-251-2961. The refund policy mentions a toll-free number, but none is published; the helpdesk email is support@thememoryfuel.com, and ClickBank handles order lookups.
How do I return MemoryFuel?
Within 90 days of purchase, contact the helpdesk with your order number, then mail all jars, empty or full, to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. The refund excludes shipping and handling.
Is this website the official MemoryFuel store?
No. This is an independent guide that sends readers to the official ClickBank checkout and earns a commission. Your order, payment and refund are handled by the maker and ClickBank, not by us.
Three checks before you order
Most regret with supplements comes from skipping a minute of preparation. Before ordering, check three things. First, your kidneys: if you have ever been told your kidney function is reduced, ask your doctor about creatine. Second, your medicine cabinet: add up vitamin D and magnesium from other products, and note any antibiotics or osteoporosis tablets that need spacing from magnesium.[10][9] Third, your calendar: write down the date 90 days from the day you order, and a reminder at day 75, because the refund window counts from purchase.
Finally, set your expectations by the research, not the testimonials. Creatine is one of the best-studied supplements, and its cognitive effects are real but small and slow; the strongest signals are in older adults, vegetarians and people short on sleep.[1][14]
When to stop and call someone
A FAQ about a supplement should also say when to stop using it. Stop MemoryFuel and contact a clinician if you notice swelling of the ankles or face, a marked drop in how much you urinate, or a blood test showing worsening kidney function that your doctor does not attribute to creatine. Stop it if you develop persistent diarrhea or cramping that does not settle when you take the scoop with food, since that suggests the magnesium dose is too much for you. People with bipolar disorder should stop and call their prescriber if they notice reduced need for sleep, racing thoughts or unusual agitation, because a few case reports have linked creatine to manic episodes.
Stop, too, if your memory is getting worse rather than better. A supplement is a reasonable experiment for mild, everyday forgetfulness. It is the wrong tool when someone is repeating questions, getting lost in familiar places, missing bills or changing in personality, and those signs deserve a medical appointment rather than a refund request.[16] Finally, stop if a jar arrives with a broken seal, smells sour or has changed color; keep it, photograph it and contact support@thememoryfuel.com with your order number.
